Welcome to the Xaman 201 condominium, proudly managed by North American Standards (Nasplaya). Enjoy this 2-bedroom condominium with two and a half bathrooms in the Quadra Alea complex. This condominium is located next to the pool and is ideal for having a barbecue. You will be able to cook whatever you want in your fully equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher.
This condominium has 3 balconies: the main one is right next to the living room and the other two are in the bedrooms.
The main bedroom has a king-size bed, private bathroom, shower, and closet; additionally, the guest room offers a double bed and private bathroom.
The Quadra Alea complex is conveniently located on 26th Street between 10th and 20th Avenue, just 4 blocks from the white sands and turquoise waters of the Caribbean, just one block from the bohemian Fifth Avenue with thousands of options for shopping and dining out. Its rent includes access to the complex's gym, its 2 pools, the elevator, 24-hour security, and its private terrace with views of the lush gardens and the pool.
From the moment of your reservation, our concierge will be able to help you start planning your trip with activities ranging from diving to scheduling the most spectacular amusement parks of Xcaret group, or the Mayan ruins of Chichen-Itza, Tulum, and Cobá. Among the additional concierge services, we can also stock your refrigerator with supplies before your arrival, dance classes, babysitting service, and many others.

- Long-term rentals: More electricity. (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)
- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable up to 7 business days.

My friend and I just had a week staying at Quadra Alèa and absolutely loved it. The two bedroom apartment was spacious enough for two couples to have easily shared. It had everything you needed to cook your own meals and a large balcony overlooking one of the two pools. Luis, the concierge, was incredibly helpful from start to finish, and gave us some excellent recommendations for nearby bars and restaurants. The rest of the staff are equally friendly and all the facilities in the complex were perfectly maintained. The location is perfect for the beach, which is a few blocks away. We would definitely come back again - in fact my friend is already looking at dates for a two week trip within the next year!
Welcome to the Magia condominium, in the Paradise complex in Playa del Carmen. The turquoise sea and white sands are literally two minutes walking. It has 2 bedrooms, the main one with a queen bed and the guest room with two double beds, both also with a view of the patio and their own bathroom. Additionally, there is a half bathroom next to the living room.
These condominiums are excellently located, as in addition to being close to the beach, they are also less than 1 minute from Fifth Avenue, where you will find various options for eating and shopping. If you like Golf, there is a field 2 miles away in the Playacar subdivision, where you can find the Hard Rock golfers club. If you enjoy excursions and swimming, there are many nearby cenotes (natural pools) just 4 miles away.
To get to the condominium, we can offer you the transportation service from the airport for an extra cost, since it is 45 minutes from the beach. Our concierge will receive you at your condominium and will offer you our various additional services such as grocery shopping, babysitting, excursions, restaurant reservations, and more.
