The condominium is located between the brilliant coasts of the Riviera Maya and the huge Nick Price Golf course of the Corasol development.
The Mareazul complex offers a huge infinite pool of 10,000 square feet, a restaurant and a beach club where you can enjoy refreshing margaritas. In addition to this, this complex has access to the adjacent Nick Price Golf club, beautiful gardens, gym, spa, steam room and tennis courts. Just 5 minutes driving north of Playa del Carmen, you will enjoy the tranquility of the Golf course and easy access to all the excitement and activity of Playa del Carmen.

Welcome to the Solana condominium, managed by Peninsula Properties. Conveniently located in the Sabbia condominiums in downtown Playa del Carmen. This comfortable unit has 2 bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, one with a king bed and two with double beds. It is perfect for a family or two couples looking to enjoy Playa del Carmen. You can start your morning with a coffee on your terrace or in your gym. Additionally, you can spend the day relaxing in your pool, the game room, or enjoy a good barbecue at your grill.
The Sabbia condominiums are located on 34th Street and 20th Avenue, close enough to points of interest but far enough away from the noise. This condominium is a good place to be able to rest. Furthermore, it is very close to the most popular restaurants such as: Chez Celine for breakfast, Los Aguachiles for lunch, and Las Hijas de la Tostada for dinner.
