The main bedroom has a private bathroom, a King bed and access to the villa's private pool. The second bedroom has a double bed and a spacious closet. The third bedroom has 2 single beds which is ideal for children. The fourth bedroom is separated from the villa and has a large King bed, a small kitchen bar, private bathroom and is located in front of the pool. All bedrooms have air conditioning. This villa also has high-speed internet in all areas.
The kitchen is completely equipped with everything necessary so that you can cook comfortably, the dining area is separated from the kitchen and has a view of the pool. It also has a living room with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The wide glass doors allow the entry of natural light in all its common areas and a view of the garden that provides a sense of comfort and tranquility.
This villa has a private pool, which invites you to immerse yourself in a world of relaxation and fun. With an impeccable design and a strategic location in the patio, the pool is the center of attention of the entire outdoor space and around it you can find a BBQ area with a dining area, and you can rest under the sun in its comfortable beach chairs.
If you are a golf enthusiast, this is the ideal place for you, as an excellent golf club is located just a few minutes away. The cleaning lady does an amazing job of leaving the home clean. The management team's communication, Luis, is fairly quick we had a couple of hiccups, and they assisted us right away. The location is walkable, there is a small restaurant, bakery and OXXO 5minutes away. It takes approximately 25 minutes to walk to The Reef Hotel side entrance to the beach and about the same to reach Playa del Carmen mall and Avenida Quinta. The home is very spacious for large families, with comfortable beds and the pool is reasonably large and comfortable to use even for non-swimmers, it is about 4-feet deep with shallow areas to sit and lay.

It is a 3-bedroom villa with capacity for 8 people. Its main bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom and its own terrace with a view of the garden and the common pool. Likewise, its guest bedroom has a private bathroom and two double beds.
On the floor below is the second guest room with a queen-size bed, private terrace with views of the garden and pool. Also on this floor you can find the laundry room, living room and dining room. All rooms have internet and air conditioning for your comfort.
Right next to the living room is the terrace with a dining area and gas grill where you can enjoy the common spaces such as the pool and its gardens.
If you like golf, the Hard Rock course is just one mile within the subdivision. If you enjoy hiking and swimming, there are many nearby cenotes (natural ponds) just 4 miles away.
To get to the condominium, we can offer you the transportation service from the airport for an extra cost, since it is 45 minutes from the beach. Our concierge will receive you at your condominium and will offer you our various additional services such as grocery shopping, babysitting, excursions, restaurant reservations, and more.
