Unlike most vacation rental properties, we have equipped our house as if it were someone's primary residence. As such, it is very well decorated and furnished. On the walls, you will find quality artwork from around the world. Unique vases and collectible objects adorn the counters. The kitchen is well-stocked with high-quality appliances that will surely satisfy any cook.
Our attic is divided into 2 floors. The upper floor houses the large main suite with a king bed, a very comfortable high-quality mattress, a 60-inch 3D HDTV with American Dish Network and a 3D Blu-Ray disc player, and an en-suite bathroom with sinks for him and her, a spacious shower, and large washer and dryer side by side. The second room (also on the upper floor) has 2 single beds (which can be converted into 1 king), a 42-inch HDTV, and a private bathroom. Both the main suite and the guest room have their own large terraces, and both terraces share access to the private 14" x 16" pool, 4" deep. The guest room terrace boasts an outdoor shower, gas and charcoal barbecue, outdoor dining set, and many loungers. The main terrace is more shaded and quiet and is ideal for relaxing!
The first floor of our penthouse houses the modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, a fresh water cooler with hot and cold water, and a breakfast bar. Next to the kitchen is the dining room with a table and seating for 6 people. Adjacent to the dining room, our living room features comfortable and spacious seating and a 70-inch HDTV. Outside the living room, there is another private terrace with an outdoor dining table and seating for 6 people.
My penthouse is located in the Quadra Alea condominiums just 1 block away from the pedestrian shopping and restaurant boulevard of Fifth Avenue and is only 4 blocks away from Kool Beach. DAK, a fresh fruit and vegetable market, is just 4 blocks away, as is Mega, a large supermarket. Quadra Alea boasts elevators in each building, 2 large pools (in addition to my private pool), a fitness center, 24-hour security, large garden areas, and a gigantic underground parking facility.
MONTHLY PRICES:
- Long-Term Rentals: More Electricity. (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)
- We require a community fee of $1,000 USD to cover damages or public services, refundable after 7 days.
- Pet Fee $100 USD (non-refundable)
EARLY ENTRY / LATE EXIT:
- In case early entry or late exit is required, there is an additional cost. This can be paid in cash upon arrival or a payment can be generated through Airbnb.

Guests have access to the entire condominium, as well as common areas and 2 pools, fitness center, and parking garage.
We are available to our guests from 9-5 pm Monday through Friday, from 9-1 on Saturdays, and 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in case of emergency. We will meet our guests at the property and guide them through the unit and answer any questions they may have. We can also help them book tours, transportation, babysitters, and more.
You are just 1 block from Fifth Avenue and 4 blocks from the beach. The nearest supermarket and fresh fruit market are also just 4 blocks away. There are many shopping and restaurant options in the nearby area (5 minutes walking).
You are within walking distance of almost everything. Taxis are cheap and cost less than 5 USD one way if you need them.
Short-term rentals of 1-6 months include more expenses (electricity, TV, and internet), unless otherwise stated. Rentals of 6+ months always include more expenses (electricity, TV, internet, water, and gas).

This location is unbeatable! Since it has a wide beach, just a block away from the famous Fifth Avenue, the El Faro residences have one of the most desired locations in Playa del Carmen.
