This 3-bedroom condo features 3 Queen-size beds, 3 bathrooms, WIFI and sea view.
This location is unbeatable! Since it has a wide beach, just a block away from the famous Fifth Avenue, the El Faro residences have one of the most desired locations in Playa del Carmen. It is not possible to be better located and have all this comfort. Everything you may need is within a 3-block radius, but of course there is much more if you venture to explore further.
This complex includes 24-hour security, guest service during the day daily, with concierge service to request taxis and tours. It has a gym, pool and sun loungers. It is an excellent option due to its proximity to bars, beach clubs, restaurants and self-service laundromats.
- Please note that "El Faro Residences" is located in a tourist area; so there may be noise, especially during holidays, as they are permitted by authorities during legal hours.
- If you rent a car, there is parking on site for $15 USD per night (reservation required).

- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable up to 7 business days.
