Welcome to Condo Veronica at the Veranto Condos in Playa del Carmen. This two-bedroom condo is fully furnished, and it has the master bedroom has a king-size bed, the guest room has two twin beds, both rooms have ensuite full bathrooms. The living room also has a sleep sofa, accommodating an extra two children or one adult, if necessary.
The Veranto Condos offer an ample rooftop pool area with lounge chairs, patio tables, a bar and grill area, and even a Plunge pool. Furthermore, there is a common area fitness center and patio area.
The condos sit only a few blocks from Mega, the main grocery store, and many good shops and restaurants. And within 10 minutes of walking, you'll be at the beach.
MONTHLY PRICING:
- Rentals Long Term: Plus Electricity. (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)
- We require a community fee of $1,000 USD refundable up to 7 business days.

The roof top pool is a nice place to cool down and relax. There’s also a small gym!

Es stimmte wirklich alles, alles in Playa del Carmen ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, gleichzeitig ist es angenehm ruhig in einem geschützten Apartmentkomplex mit eigenem Concierge. Die Wohnung ist eine pfiffige Galeriewohnung, Küche, Gästebad und Balkon unten, ein Wohnbereich und die zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad auf einer mittleren Etage, von einem Schlafzimmer und dem Wohnbereich schaut man runter in die Küche. Alle Galeriebereiche und auch der Balkon lassen sich großzügig mit Glastüren zum Küchenbereich öffnen. Der Clou ist der Poolbereich auf dem Dach, windgeschützt, mit separaten Sitzbereichen, Pool-Liegen und Bereichen für ein Abendessen oder Barbecue. Dazu eine Super-Aussicht in alle Richtungen, allerdings nicht ganz am Meer. Es wird sehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet, auf das Apartment war blitzblank. Prima auch der große Supermarkt einen Block weiter.

Welcome to the "Awa 107" Condominium in the AWA Playacar Residences in Playacar Phase 2. Your elegant and well-equipped 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium can accommodate up to 5 guests and is perfect for sunny vacations or family gatherings. The master suite offers a king-size bed, while the first guest suite provides 2 single beds with high-definition TV and a bathroom.
The condominium has wireless internet and its kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a sofa bed for an additional person and a smart TV. Right next to the living room is its private patio with access to the pool.
This condominium is just a short 5-minute drive from the beach and Fifth Avenue, a pedestrian walkway where you will find many shopping and restaurant options. Additionally, this unit is a 40-minute ferry ride from Cozumel Island.
