Welcome to Marila Condominium, managed by Peninsula Properties. This charming and luxurious three-bedroom, three-bathroom condominium features an impressive rooftop pool that offers ocean views. It is located just two blocks from the beach. It is fully furnished to ensure you enjoy your stay in Playa del Carmen to the fullest.
IMPORTANT:

Each bedroom offers a unique resting space.
The master bedroom features a King bed, large windows with sea views, a flat-screen television, private bathroom and a spacious closet. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, flat-screen television, private bathroom and closet. The third bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a single bed, closet and private bathroom. All the rooms have access to a spacious balcony with sea views.
The kitchen, with its island-style design, is spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare a wide variety of dishes. Additionally, it features a handcrafted wooden dining table with seating capacity for six people. The living room offers a spacious sofa, flat-screen television, and also has access to the balcony with a sea view.
Additionally, the condominium has a washer and dryer.
Additionally, the building is equipped with a spectacular rooftop terrace that includes a swimming pool, bar and an impressive ocean view, it also has a gym, spa, work area, recreational area, elevator and reception.
As for its location, the building enjoys a central situation, just a three-minute walk from the beach. In the surroundings, you will find a wide variety of restaurants, shops and stores. Furthermore, the famous Fifth Avenue is located just two streets away.
MONTHLY PRICE:
- Long-term rentals: More electricity. (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)
- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable within 7 business days.
Early Entry / Late Exit:
- In case you require early entry or late exit, these have an additional cost.

There is some night noise but really not that much and it didn't bother us.

Welcome to Love, located in the Latitud condominiums and managed by Peninsula Properties. Enjoy this spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condominium. Located in the heart of Playa del Carmen, just 2 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from the famous Fifth Avenue, in one of the most accessible areas of the city.
The main bedroom has 2 double beds, a full bathroom with shower and a closet; it also has access to a private balcony. The second bedroom has 2 double beds, closet, full bathroom and balcony access. The third bedroom offers two double beds, closet and full bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning.
This condominium features a living room with television and balcony access, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your favorite meals, and a dining table for 8 people.
The building has a terrace with an outdoor swimming pool, rest area, bathroom, lounge chairs, and elevator. On the ground floor it has a swimming pool, reception, and parking.
This condominium is located in a very central area of Playa del Carmen, in the surroundings you can enjoy shopping centers, restaurants, bars and it is also very close to the beach.
