Description
Welcome to the Jade condo at Singular Joy Downtown Hotel and Residences, with 24-hour private security on site, located in the central area of Playa Del Carmen.
This condominium on the second floor, called Jade, offers you a luxurious 2-bedroom suite fully furnished, and living room to enjoy an extended stay.
The suite has two private rooms, the main one has a King bed, Smart TV, room darkening curtains, USB charging lamps, spacious closet, and private safe in the room. The guest room has a Queen bed, closet, and TV.
The condo has a full bathroom with courtesy toiletries, towels, shower with rain shower head and sink. The separate living room has a sofa and flat screen TV and a small terrace.
The kitchen area has a refrigerator, large microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and stove with pots, pans, and kitchen utensils included. Additionally, the kitchen is fully equipped with glasses, coffee mugs, wine glasses, plates, and cutlery for 4 people. Pool towels are also provided during your stay.
Singular Joy Downtown has free WiFi in all public areas, the terrace has beautiful sea views and two large outdoor pools, a poolside bar and spa services. Additionally, the establishment offers concierge services.
Please note that there is no parking available on site and that club noise can be loud during certain hours.
This suite is located in a privileged area close to everything Playa del Carmen has to offer. Just one block from the beach and several beach clubs, one block from a convenience store, two blocks from the famous 5th Avenue, 10 minutes walking from the ADO bus terminal, 10 minutes walking from Walmart, 15 minutes walking from the Ultramar ferry station to Cozumel, and a perfect location to quickly access all kinds of restaurants and bars you might look for during your stay.
Playa del Carmen is just 45 minutes from Cancun Airport, one hour from Tulum and close to the Xplor Theme Park and the Xcaret Ecological Theme Park, which are some of the most popular attractions in the area. The rooftop has a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo is rather small, although it was nice to have two bedrooms. The street is somewhat noisy at night, but if we closed the sliding doors, it kept out most of the noise.

The apartment's location: 100m from the sea and 150m from the tourist pedestrian street. Awesome. As well as the fabulous swimming pool with shade and the magical jacuzzi with superb sea views.

Welcome to Condo Wayak 301, proudly managed by North American Standards (Nasplaya). This condominium is located in the Quadra Alea complex, in one of the most central areas of Playa del Carmen, very close to the beach, plazas, restaurants and Fifth Avenue.
The main bedroom has a king bed, a spacious closet outside the room and a private bathroom with bathtub and shower. The second bedroom has two single beds, closet and bathroom. Each room has high-speed internet access, and air conditioning in all rooms.
The kitchen is completely equipped and has a dishwasher, breakfast bar, fridge, microwave oven. Next to the kitchen is the dining room with a table for 6 people, within this space there is also the living room with TV, and it also has a terrace with a view of the pool. It also has a laundry area that is next to its kitchen.
This complex has elevators in the building, swimming pool, a gym, 24-hour security, spacious gardens, underground parking, just 1 block from Fifth Avenue, 4 blocks from DAC and Mega supermarkets.
