Welcome to this luxury condominium managed by Nasplaya. With 3 bedrooms ideal for 6 people, it offers amenities such as 3 private balconies, a small pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area with spectacular ocean views. Located in El Faro Residences, a private beachfront complex with access to pool and beach.
The main bedroom features a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, a closet, and a private balcony with impressive views of the ocean and the complex where incredible sunsets can be enjoyed. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, a full bathroom with access to the terrace, and a separate entrance to the complex. The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds and a private bathroom.
The shared spaces of this condominium will be very comfortable, as it has a fully equipped kitchen, a drinking water tap, and a refrigerator stocked with drinking water. There is also a separate dining room, a living room with a flat-screen TV and access to a balcony with ocean views equipped with a plunge pool, beach chairs, and an outdoor dining area.
The infinity pool is complemented by sun loungers and umbrellas, making it the perfect place to relax and disconnect. If you prefer swimming in the ocean, the property offers direct beach access. This condominium is located next to the iconic Playa del Carmen lighthouse, on Calle 10 and the beach, just two blocks (a minute walking) from the famous Fifth Avenue, where you will find a variety of dining and shopping options.
Important:
- The Faro Residences is located in a lively tourist area, which means there may be noise, especially during the holiday season, as permitted by local regulations.
- If you rent a car, on-site parking is available for $15 USD per night (reservation required).

- We require a community fee of 1,000 USD refundable up to 7 business days.

This condo is so spacious and comfortable and has everything a family could need to have meals in, enjoy some time with a movieany other indoor activity....however why would you when you can enjoy a beach and a beautiful pool. Plenty of dining and shopping just around the corner in famous Playa Del Carmen and just a few minutes walk to Mamita's Beach club where one can be pampered while enjoying the Caribbean sun and sea.

Welcome to Condo Verde Oasis located in the Veranto condos in the center of Playa del Carmen. This fully equipped condominium has two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king bed, and the guest room has 2 double beds, both with 2 private bathrooms. You will be able to enjoy the city view from your private terrace and high-speed internet. The living room has a sofa bed to accommodate 2 children or an adult if necessary.
The Veranto condominium complex offers a spacious rooftop terrace with a pool, sun loungers, garden tables, bar and grill, and even an immersion pool. Additionally, in the common areas on the first level of the building, you can find a gym and a mezzanine with tables.
