More than 30 days before arrival date = 10% of the booking price.
29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.
Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.

CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

Welcome to Casa McLaren, managed by North American Standards (Nasplaya). This condominium is located in Piedra Viva Condominiums, one of the most central areas of Playa del Carmen, just steps away from 5th Avenue and close to the beach, shopping centers, and restaurants.
The main bedroom has a Queen bed, spacious closet space, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed and a wardrobe. Each room is equipped with high-speed Internet access and air conditioning.
Additionally, the option of a third bedroom with a terrace is available.

Welcome to Caribbean Dreams in the Bahay condominiums, recently built in 2020. Located in the high-value area of Coco Beach in Playa del Carmen. This studio can accommodate up to 4 people: its room has a king bed for 2 people, in its living room there is a sofa bed to accommodate 2 more people. It also has a safe, a large television screen, a terrace to sit, relax, enjoy fresh air and sun. Its kitchenette has everything necessary to cook, and a folding table next to its kitchen bar which can also be used as a desk to work.
The building offers a wonderful view of the sea from its rooftop and a long swimming pool, which is perfect for a swimming routine; likewise, it has sun loungers for sunbathing and a fully equipped gym so you can stay in shape and meet your training needs. An elevator is available to easily access the rooftop. This building has only 30 units, so the common areas will never be crowded.
The Bahay condominiums are located one block from the beach and 2 blocks from Fifth Avenue, where you will find the tree-lined 38th Street with the most bohemian restaurants and bars in Playa del Carmen. On Fifth Avenue and very close to the condominium, you will find the seafood restaurant Las hijas de la tostada, the wine shop Off the Vine, a spectacular Huichol crafts store Tierra Huichol, or the delicious Ah Cacao Boutique Café, among other beautiful businesses.
To get to the condominium, we can offer you the transportation service from the airport for an extra cost, since it is 45 minutes from the beach. Our concierge will receive you at your condominium and will offer you our various additional services such as grocery shopping, babysitting, excursions, restaurant reservations, and more.
