Welcome to the ANAH condominium, located in the center of Playa del Carmen, just four blocks from the famous Fifth Avenue, in one of the most accessible areas of the city. Equipped with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room and balcony.
The master bedroom features a king bed, full bathroom with shower, and a closet; additionally, the master bedroom has access to a balcony with views of the building. The guest bedroom offers a king bed, closet, and full bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning.
This condominium features a living room with television and a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your favorite meal.
The building features a terrace with an outdoor swimming pool, rest area, Jacuzzi in common areas, bathrooms, lounge chairs, elevator, gym, and business center.
Located in a very central area of Playa del Carmen, in the surroundings you can enjoy shopping centers, restaurants, bars and it is also very close to the beach.
MONTHLY PRICE:
- Long-term rentals pay for electricity (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)
- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable within 7 business days.

Welcome to the Caribbean Dreams condominium, at Bahay Condos. Located in the high-value area of Coco Beach in Playa del Carmen. This studio can accommodate up to 4 people: your bedroom features a king bed for 2 people, in your living room there is a sofa bed to accommodate 2 more people. It also has a safe, a large television screen, a terrace to sit, relax, enjoy the fresh air and sun. Your kitchenette has everything you need to cook, and a folding table next to your kitchen bar which can also be used as a desk to work.
The building offers a wonderful sea view from its rooftop and a long swimming pool, which is perfect for a swimming routine; likewise, it has lounge chairs for sunbathing and a equipped gym so you can stay in shape and meet your training needs. There is an elevator to easily access the rooftop. This building has only 30 units so the common areas will never be crowded.
The Bahay condominiums are located one block from the beach and 2 blocks from Fifth Avenue, where you will find the tree-lined 38th Street with the most bohemian restaurants and bars in Playa del Carmen. On Fifth Avenue and very close to the condominium you will find the seafood restaurant Las hijas de la tostada, the wine shop Off the Vine, a spectacular Huichol handicraft store Tierra Huichol or the delicious boutique café Ah Cacao among other beautiful shops.
